How do you know you are in Virginia in the Spring?
Well, it could be the neon glow that surrounds you. It could be the exponential increase in the sale of facial tissues. Or it could be your car, your driveway, and your porch look like this:

Looks an awful lot like my house. When April rolls around, I buy a case of tissues and they're usually gone by May Day
