Special Exposure Wednesday
A moment spent exploring the feel of sea creatures with your best friend, Miss Amy, at your side, her eyes closed so she can experience the moment as you do in your blind world...
Hello! I'm taking part in a personal challenge for the month of October:finding and interviewing mothers of special needs children for my blog. Would you be interested?
Marla, it was a pool of skates. We were visiting the North Carolina Aquarium on one of our visits to the Outer Banks of North Carolina (my FAVORITE place in the entire world). Skates are everywhere down there, and their egg cases wash up on the beach by the hundreds. At least in captivity, they are very gentle, not minding if people touch them and will sometimes even feed by hand.

What a touching photo. Thanks for sharing.
This is a great picture. I would have loved to have seen the expressions on her face when she felt the stingray.
